Dear Listmembers: I am new to the list and have not had the opportunity to observe prior to the need arising to contact the listowner. Please forgive my confusion, but, I have gotten several responses to that message and I do not know who is the listowner, or if I have been contacted by him/her yet. I suspect not, by the content of the messages. In an attempt to reduce the confusion on all parts, I am posting again. I need a response ONLY from the person who owns and administers this surname list. Rootsweb sent a message to all of us that are coordinators for GenConnect in which there is need for the surname listowners and us to cooperate in order to have more genealogical information available to you, the listmember. As I have no other way of contacting this person, I have sent a message to this list requesting contact. My message had nothing to do with anyone's post or attempted post to any of the GenConnect boards.
