It is: US-Obits@rootsweb.com The list owner is encouraging more activity on their list so that it stays active. He explains what they do this way: "The purpose of this list is to offer the members the opportunity to donate obituaries whether from their family line or ones they think might be useful as well as providing a platform for requesting obit information on a particular individual."
