I am searching for obituary for grt grt grandfather Adam Hizer b Dec 1, 1808 in New York and diedOct 28, 1872 in Illinois.  I believe he died in Ogle county Illinois.  His son died in Sterling, Ill, so that might be possible for Adam.  Adam is buried at Flaff Cemetery in Rochelle, ILAny help on this, would be greatly appreciated.  I have been hunting for this record for over 20 years trying to document Adam's parents names.  He also was married to Lucy Shepard in New York in Jan 22, 1825-26.  Adam was believed to be Methodist.
