Watkins Guthrie, 82, of Frederick, died Sunday, Dec. 28. She was the wife of Clinton C. Guthrie. In addition to her husband, she is survived by one son, the Rev. Clinton C. Guthrie Jr. and wife Laura. The family will receive friends at Ruck Towson Funeral Home, 1050 York Road, Towson, on Wednesday, Dec. 31, from noon until 1 p.m., at which time the funeral service will be held.
