I had a cousin who was killed in an automobile accident in 1992 in Bell County and would like to have a copy of his obituary and if there were any newpaper articles on this accident if possible. I am will to pay for any infomation I could get. His name was Melvin Ray Rinn and he died March 14, 1992. I do appreciate any information I can get on this cousin. He was adopted out to another when he was young and the family does not have much more information other than what I have all ready provided.
