Joseph P. Consiglio was born 3/8/1921 and died 11/11/1971 in Southgate in Wayne County, Michigan.   I checked both the Detroit Free Press and The Detroit News for an obituary for Mr. Consiglio, but did not find one.   Since he lived in Southgate, could someone please check the Southgate newspapers - The News Herald - to see if he obituary is there?  I live in NC and do not have access to that newspaper.   Thanks
