CAn someone help me by locating an obit of Joseph (Joe) Burton Ballard who died Feb 14, 1955 in Hope, Arkansas.  Any help will be greatly appreciated..I need to know if there were any ancestors in the area at the time.  Thanks for any time and energy you spend helping me.   Sally Staley
