"BILL" BILLITER, 77, of Clearwater died Tuesday at the Morton Plant Hospital. A native of Grant County, Ky., he moved to the area in 1969 from Dayton, Ohio. He was a retired employee of the National Cash Register Co. in Dayton, a retired maintenance specialist for the Pinellas County school system, a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Army Air Forces, and a member of the John Cissna Masonic Lodge, the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite and the Antioch Shrine, all of Dayton, and the Calvary Baptist Church in Clearwater.
