Dear Researchers, This shopuld be the the last installment in the Isaac article. I am not the best typist so it takes me awhile. Mr. Oakley has been an active business man for more than half a century,--a period reaching back to a time when the country was more thinly settled, business modes different, communication slow and often difficult.
