Libel action arising out of the late Petone Woollen Mill dispute was heard today. D McKENZIE, secretary of the outside union, charged G A BAILEY, shoemaker, Petone, with exhibiting in his shop window a document reflecting on the plaintiff. The accused was committed for trial. The ex-operative of the Petone Woollen Mill have written to the Trade and Labor Council demanding further strike pay, threatening in default of compliance the institution of legal proceedings.
