TAINUI from LONDON arrived this afternoon at 3 0'clock. The TAINUI is commanded by Captain Edgar J EVANS, formerly chief Officer, and Captain BARLOW having retired from the sea. The other officers have been promoted accordingly. Mr MOULD, late of the British India Company's service, is purser, and Dr RICHARDSON has rejoined the ship as surgeon.
