HBH 1890 April 4 Local clubs combine Napier Football Club rules were adopted after they combined as a body to a Harrier Club meeting held at the Criterion Hotel where a general meeting of the new combination was at once opened, with Mr G WHITE still in the chair. Both sets of officers resigned and were then elected for the coming season.
