Judy Weller At the S.M. Court yesterday morning Michael MURPHY sued John MONAGHAN for £18, the sum paid for a draught horse. The question was as to the soundness or otherwise of the horse, which the plaintiff claimed was lame and unfit for work. This the defendant denied. After a careful hearing the Bench found in favor of the latter with costs £1 16s. Mr LUSK appeared for the plaintiff, and Mr M'LEAN for defendant.
