HBH 1892 Oct 6 Court A man who gave the name of James LARSEN was arrested yesterday of a charge of stealing coal from a dwelling house in Wellesley Road. Yesterday another lodger of this description-a man named JACKSON, well known to the police-charged with being unlawfully by night on the premises named-sentenced to seven days' hard labor.
