HBH 1892 Nov 3 2 MILLER A man named MILLER, with a string of aliases, was arrested yesterday by Detective KIRBY under peculiar circumstances. It appears that this man went at an early hour in the morning to the residence of Mr John CLOSE, and demanded to have some papers in connection with alleged military services to the colony signed.
