Judy Weller An information has been laid against Thomas PRESCOTT, licensee of the TAKAPAU Hotel, for selling liquor to the deceased man David PROVEN (who was lately found dying on the roadside near the TAKAPAU Hotel, and who subsequently died) while already in a state of intoxication. The case has been set down for hearing on the 22nd inst., at ORMONDVILLE.
