Hoping for info on the following: Anders Mattsson LUNDGREN and his wife, Märta (Martha) PERSDOTTER, immigrated to NZ in 1872 aboard the "Høvding" with sons Richard b. 1870 Norway (d. 1885 NZ) and Carl Eskild Constantin b. 1871 Norway. They settled at Norsewood, Tararua, NZ. In NZ, they had the following children: Oscar 1874 - 1874 Oscar Fredrik 1875 - ? Albertina Wilhelmina 1876 - 1876 Georg (George) 1878 - 1882 William 1879 - 1882 Hilda 1881 - ? George William 1883 - 1884 Willie Walker 1885 - ? (May have been Walter LUNDGREN d. 1886) Does anyone have a death/burial for Anders or Martha LUNDGREN (sometimes recorded as LUNDGREEN) or any of their children, please? Any other info on this family would be greatly appreciated. Because so many of the children died young, the family is hard to trace.
