Judy Weller Thomas KIRBY was fined £1 and costs for drunkenness by Mr TURNBULL, S.M., yesterday, in default four days' imprisonment. He was also ordered to pay 10s for maintenance while remanded suffering from the effects of his carouse, in default 48 hours' imprisonment, the sentences to be concurrent.
