Judy Weller George NORTON, who was caught in the act of endeavoring to rob the till of Mr Henry JONES, pork butcher, and who was captured after an exciting chase by Mr TROUP, was committed for trial by Dr. SPENCER and Mr F. SUTTON, J.P.'s yesterday morning. The amount in the till at the time of the attempted theft was £5 9s.
