Court yesterday morning James SIDEY, represented by Mr M'LEAN, proceeded against Henry BROOKS defended by Mr LUSK, for £25, the value of a number of fleeces (the subject of a recent Supreme Court trial), in which the defendant was the accused, missed from the Blairgowie station between certain dates, and also on account of other debts due. After hearing a quantity of evidence Mr TURNBULL gave judgment for the plaintiff with the amount of £10 13s 9d upon the return of the fleeces.
