After graduating, this talented lady carried on at a girls' high school in AUCKLAND with eminent success until Mr BESANT'S visit to this colony, when at great sacrifice she determined to devote herself to the Theosophical propaganda. The lady had a brilliant career at Canterbury College, and is the eldest daughter of the late Rev. Mr EDGER, a well-known AUCKLAND minister. She is said to be an eloquent speaker and an earnest worker in the cause she has at heart.
