At the R.M. Court on Saturday before Mr TURNBULL, R.M., William BARRY and Thomas MANSFIELD were convicted of drunkenness and discharged. They received an intimation that this was due to the fact that they had not been beforfe the Court for drunkenness for some time lately, one of the defendants not having been charged within the last fourteen months, and the other having achieved a " break" of nearly two years.
