HBH 1892 Sept 13 R M COURT A woman named M'KAY preferred a charge of larceny against another woman named MANSFIELD. It was stated on behalf of the former that she wished to withdraw the charge, having preferred it under a misapprehension.-Subsequently withdrawn. Thomas JENSEN charged with deserting his wife and three children, did not appear, but sent a letter promising to forward some money. Case adjourned for a month J.TUCKER, R.RUDDLLE, and P.DONEY were respectively fined 5s and costs 2s 6d and costs, and 1s and costs for allowing cattle to stray
