HBH 1892 Nov 15 3-License Transfer Advert No 659 William RUDDICK of HASTINGS, being the holder of a Publican's License in respect of the house and premises situate at Hastings and known as the Carlton Hotel, do hereby give notice that I desire to obtain, and will at the next licensing meeting to be helden at Hastings on the fifth day of December 1892, apply for a transfer of the said license from myself to Percy Arthur HERMAN my appointee.
