HBH 1892 Nov 4 2 MILLER We yesterday described the arrest of an old offender named MILLER, for threatening to burn down the residence of Mr John CLOSE. It was shown that there were 29 convictions against him, and that he had been in prison for the greater portion of his life since the year 1877. He was sentenced to three months' hard labor for using obscene language, and ordered to fined two sureties in £50 each to keep the peace for six months, in default to be imprisoned for the same period.
