HBH 1890 May 29 GISBORNE Wednesday-Page Two The Maori RAWHIRA, who escaped from gaol, was smartly captured by Constable HANSEN A man named Owen Mc GRATH was thrown from his horse today and sustained concussion of the brain and he is not expected to live. While a man named SWANN was killing a calf the knife slipped and he cut himself in the thigh. He nearly bled to death. He is now recovering.
