A prohibition order has been issued against defendant's some time before, and the Resident Magistrate, in commenting upon the fact that she could obtain liquor in spite of the order, said that he would impose a fine of £5 upon anyone convicted before him of supplying a prohibited person with liquor. The same defendant was charged with damaging a fence, and was fined 10s and costs and ordered to pay for the damage done, the alternative being seven days' hard labor.
