-----Original Message----- From: mahala [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Thursday, 1 November 2007 5:36 a.m. To: Les Hewett Subject: Robert Sporle/Mahala. Hello Les, Today I received a message via someone who is a direct descendant of Robert Sporle. She saw my ad. in the Womans Weekly and tells me that his wife Alice Price arrived in NZ on the Fernglen in 1877 with her mother and stepfather so that has cleared that up and I now know they too were English. Thanks for the lookups on Etty Follett, maybe my new contact can assist with her origins too. I believe this is the same family. If memory serves me Mildred or Margaret was in my class at primary school. At that stage they lived on Hastings Street. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Robert Evensen Sent: Thursday, 1 November 2007 1:03 a.m. To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [NZ-HB-PB] Johansen Query The only other information I have is Joyce Johansen Price lived at 7 Trevellvan Street, Napier. Hi Robert: Down with a head cold at the moment and just can't take in all the new data that arrived yesterday. If you can get it sorted, come back with your synopsis. I think the best bet is to look for the three children: marriage, descendants, and see where that leads? Should be back on deck by tomorrow (aspirin and lemon drinks and a day in bed).
