HBH 1892 Sept 1 2 Writ issued A writ of £2000 damages for breach of contract and slander has been issued by Amory SULLIVAN, theatrical manager, against George COPPIN, M.L.C. who was formerly manager of the company carrying on business at the Theatre Royal, Melbourne, of which Mr COPPIN was the managing director, and plaintiff's cause of action arises out the termination of his engagement as manager.
