Sarah was James' daughter by a previous marriage. She is named in Mary's will. 1850 NY, Yates, p38: Hixon Amos " , Sarah " , Foster " , Emily Mary apparently had no children of her own, but named several step-children by James Snook in her Will: Mathew, Stephen, John, James, Joseph Snook, Sarah (Snook) Hickson. I was thinking Tunis might be a son of James, but perhaps he was a brother...or maybe he was dead by then. They came from Dutchess Co. Maybe that will help. Oh, yes, they lived in Barrington, primarily.
