She was b. Sept 1896 probably Yates Co, NY. She was living there at age 3 in 1900 in Milo Township, Penn Yan Village with her parents, Charles & Hattie GIBBS & baby sister, Nellie. In 1910 her parents were in Saybrook, Astabula Co, Ohio. By 1920 Ida M GIBBS is married to Oliver Ray CLARK with 2 daughters: Eleanor M. CLARK, Nellie M. CLARK living in Milo Village, Yates Co, NY. 1930 an additional daughter, Vera CLARK.
