Your William born about 1801 may be a nephew, but I don't think that he is a son of the first William Hedges. My g-grandfather William C. Putman married Mary Chambers whose grandparents were from Milo, Yates Co., NY, too, which is just above the town of Barrington. There were a number of Hedges who lived in Milo who I feel were all relatives of Sylvanus Hedges. Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
