Greetings to all - This is my first posting. My name is David Lindsay Giacomelli and I am trying to assist Elizabeth Wilson, the wife of one of my cousins, to research the Smallwood side of her family. Elizabeth lives in Italy and does not have access to the Internet so I am helping her from half way around the world. One of Elizabeths great grandmothers was Sarah Elizabeth SMALLWOOD born in Warsaw, New York on 13 February 1849 and died 13 January 1943. I would very much appreciate any assistance or guidance that you may be able to provide to me to help Elizabeth in her quest. I personally have an interest in family history and I suppose it must have rubbed off a little on Elizabeth when I met her in Italy two years and again last fall when she and her husband visited us here in Victoria. Thank you so much for your time. Dave Giacomelli on Vancouver Island
