Hi Jann, The County Seat for Wyoming County is Warsaw, so his naturalization records SHOULD be at the Wyoming County Historian's, and if not there, then the County Clerk's Office. Most of the counties kept these records at the County Clerk's Office, but have since moved them to their County Historian's...I've never looked for Naturalization records in Wyoming County, so I'm not certain on that one!!
