The 1880 census lists a Frances Putney as the daughter of Morgan Putney. My sister found Frances, born November 24, 1879 on some Putney records she saw from another Putney. Frances was listed as being married to Andrew Powell. having 6 children, one of which is Bessie and another one Claude. The person who had the records is gone now and we can't find a Frances Putney any place other that census. Does any one have a 1900 census?
