Hey Randy, during the 40's I lived in Wetherfield Springs and attended many functions at the Doolittle Town Hall...........that was a very special time but being very young at the time I didn't appreciate the importance of that era......I returned to that area a few years ago and vowed never to return. It was not what I had dreamed about or remembered. The area is run down and looks like a slum area, such as you would see in the city...... You can probably find a copy in most local libraries, or order a copy from the Wyoming Co. Historian. Best Regards, Randy Hume QUESTION: Who is the Wyoming Co. Historian AND: what is her address??????????? I'm very interested in the 1960 History of Wethersfield. Thanking you in advance. Banjo2u1, (Gladys) PS: My family owned the General Store at Wethersfield Springs during the 40's........................ > I seem to remember someone on the list asking about the Doolittles in > Wethersfield, but I don't have the contact any more.
