John Alexander SMITH married 2nd, abt. 1876, Adelphia E. ROSE, b. Dec. 1860 NY - d. aft. 1906; daughter of John A. ROSE, b. abt. 1822 ENGLAND & Rexa GREEN, b. abt. 1829 NY. Children of John A. & Adelpha E. (ROSE) SMITH (probably all born in Allegany Co. NY) : i. Lula SMITH, b. abt. 1877 Castile, Wyoming Co. NY. ii. Lydia SMITH, b.
