Mary TYRRELL had the title role in the Pioneer Middle School's production of the musical "Annie." Larry JOHNSON was installed as president of the Holland Kiwanis Club, succeeding Slyde MORAN. Dr. Clinton STRONG, who had practiced in Holland before moving to Springville, retired from the Concord Medical group. His position at the group was filled by Dr. Priscilla DALE. Team member Gary NEAMON was named to the New York-Pennsylvania Big 30 team as a tackle. Linda ANDREWS, Philip RICHARDSON and Steve CLINTON represented Delevan-Machias on WBEN-TV's "It's Academic," hosted by Van MILLER. Richard GRAHAM advised the team. 50 Years Ago - November 12, 1953 H. James HYLAND was elected president of the Arcade Men's Club. Two charter members, Harriett BEHERNS and Bertha LYNDE, attended the 50th anniversary meeting of the Delevan Travelers Club.
