Hi Ed, I have seen some very old marriages at the Wyoming County Clerk's Office, but I have no idea if they might go back that far, as vital records weren't mandated until the late 1880s. There wouldn't be any licenses back then!! Other than that, my guess would be to check church records for the area....have you checked with the LDS films to see if they might have marriage records that early for the area?? Good luck, Joan
