New Rochelle is a sweet commute to NYC, like 20 minutes. However, it had a poshy section, and later developed an inncer city/crime ridden section in the late 1950s. Today, it still has these distinctions. My instinct says they had no reason to move from there. You might just phone the cemetery seeking a plot, or the local Catholic church.
