John WILLIAMS, 73 years old, a noted designer in metals and a pioneer in ornamental metal work died at his home here in Bronxville yesterday. He designed and cast the doors of the Congressional Library at Washington and the Vanderbilt Memorial doors of St. Bartholomew's Church, in this city.
