I found where I got the North and South mixed up. I'm actually researching Adolf Kratzke who on his 1918 WW1 draft registration listed himself as living at 215 South Railroad Avenue. When I found a Louis at 215 Railroad, I missed the North part and assumed he was living at the same address as Adolf. Was there actually a 215 South RR? Perhaps both of them are there?
