Try checking out New Brunswick Archives (Canada). Both of those names are Loyalist names that settled here in 1780s. Lots of on-line info, particularly check out the newspaper vital statistics on this site. Also pensions for Revolutionary soldiers/widows & land grants & marriage bonds. There is lots there re UNDERHILL, I didn't check for OUTHOUSE. Ironically, just down the road from my house we have a place called OUTHOUSE Point.
