    3. Where would be the best place to get old newspapers on microfilm { interlibrary loan } for Westchester County . & what site is best for listings of holdings . I wonder if the New York Sate Library charges for interlibrary loan of old Newspaper microfilm ? Some places have more than others . thanks list gab

    3. Gab, Last time I heard, their newspaper microfilms were free to NY State residents, and $10 (for three consecutive microfilms) to the rest of the country.
