I am looking for information on a Spanish American war monument. It appears to have been dedicated some time in 1925. I hav a photo of it and it appears to be either in a park or cemetery. It was dedicated by a Monsignor Chadwick president of the College of New Rochelle. I am looking to find out if it still exsits and its current location and if its still in the same spot as in 1925. I am slo looking for information on this Monsignor Chadwick, who was the Chaplin of the Battleship Maine during the Spanish American war. Thanks in advance John LaBarre
