Would appreciate any information on this site. is it stilol an active cemetary or is it abandoned/closed. Several ancestors were intered here in the early 1900's. Believe it to be in Port Chester or Rye. Will be in upthe mid Hudson Valley in June and would like to detour either on the way up or back from Virginia. I know King Street really well and my husband has done his daily walks up and down. I can't imagine where a cemetery would be. Does anyone have a location? Is it part of Lyon's Farm..(Which has now become a condo)....right across the street from the North Baptist Church, is a high rise apt. building...as you walk up King ST....all houses until Lyon's PArk with the Bush Homestead...maybe at the Bush Homestead? You then.cross over Regent St....the next patch of woods was after Quintard Drive and before the Synogoge....naybe there? ..I think there are houses there now too...then you get to King Street School.....then Folly Farm..and up to Rye Brook...Ward's Casttle and a Nursing home, and then all sorts of 60,70 and80 houses packed in....then you are a the Glenville Rd (To Greenwhich) and the MErritt PArkway...could the cemetery be after the Merritt PArkway? I would love to know where it is.....there is an old Brown Family Cemetery....but not on KIng St... thanks.......
