Dear Group, I sent this out (below) to my friend & have not hear from her & would like to mail this paper out tomorrow to the LDS with my check for the certificates I'm ordering. Does anyone know this answer?? thanks ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Pat have you ever fill out a "Request for Photocopies" for the LDS? I'm sure you have. On the new sheet that you fill out has something I do not know, how to fill in - under "General Microfilm or Microfiche", where it says "Item Number" - what do I write in there? Junie :-)
