Carol, I don't have Gerald Vincent's email address, but the third Printing of his book was by: Duncan Print-Craft Ltd. 971 Canada Avenue Duncan, BC V9L IV2 It was last printed in Feb. 2000, so I don't if that will be any help to you. Vincent used to be a member of this list. The back of the book says that he's retired and living in Duncan, BC. It also lists Cobequid Press, so perhaps you could Google Cobequid.
