Two Persons Injured In Motorcycle Accident Carmen BELARDO of new Rochelle suffered a broken leg on Wednesday evening, Oct 2,at 6:15 when his motorcycle collided with a car driven by Elaf Walter FRANSEN of Glenwood Landing at the south-bound entrance to the Hutchinson River Parkway on Weaver Street. Also injured was Louis MASSARIO of White Plains who was riding tandem on the motorcycle. A cut on his leg required three stitches. The accident occurred when the automobile attempted to make a left turn onto the parkway. The motorcycle received damage to its motor and front end, in addition to a bent frame. The car, which is owned by George A. FOOT of 401 Heathcote Road, was damaged on the right side and in the rear. Attend Safety Congress Mr. and Mrs. R. S. BONSIB of 72 Walbrooks Road were two of the thousands of delegates attending the Thirty-fourth National Safety Congress held this week in Chicago, Illinois, under the sponsorship of the National Safety Council. Mr. BONSIB is a representative of the Standard Oil Company of new Jersey. Maid of Honor Miss Sally McGOVEN of 55 Lockwood Road returned last week after flying to Saint Louis, Missouri, to be the maid of honor in the wedding of a former classmate at Wellesley College. The bride was Miss Mary R. LAMBERT of Saint Louis and the groom, Clifton R. SCUDDER of Saint Louis. Son to Whitmires Mr. & Mrs. Bryant Andrew WHITMIRE have announced the birth of a son, Drew, in the South Highland Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama, on Oct. 5.
