    3. I think you are all aware of how regulative California is about everything.... I stewed about getting d.c for my son's ex mother and father in law--hoped I wouldn't get the 3rd degree. A d.c is $12--no questions asked--stamped as official --and-- IN COLOR!. Didn't care WHO I was! Didn't ask! BLEW ME AWAY. Guess the local legislators in my County haven't thought of this one yet!
